Web Design Services Agreement & NDA

This agreement is between SYED Web Design ("Service Provider") and the Client. By accepting this agreement, the Client agrees to the terms below.
1. Confidentiality (NDA)
Both the Client and SYED Web Design agree to keep all private information confidential.
This includes business ideas, website content, login details, pricing, strategy, and any private business information.
Neither party will share this information with any third party without permission. This confidentiality rule remains active even after the project is completed.
2. Scope of Work
SYED Web Design will design and develop a website based on the services discussed with the Client.
This may include website design, development, basic SEO setup, and mobile optimization.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require extra payment.
3. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to the following payment structure:
• 20% Advance Payment – Paid before the project begins.
• 30% Payment – Paid after 50% of the website work is completed.
• 50% Final Payment – Paid after the website design is completed and before final delivery or launch.
Work may pause if payments are delayed.
4. Project Timeline
The project timeline depends on client feedback, content submission, and requested revisions.
Delays in client responses may delay the project timeline.
5. Ownership
The website design becomes the Client's property after full payment is received.
Until full payment is made, SYED Web Design keeps the rights to the website files.
6. Revisions
The project includes reasonable revisions during the design process. Major design changes or new features may require additional charges.
7. Termination
If the Client cancels the project after work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable. Work already completed must be paid for.
8. Agreement Acceptance
By agreeing below, the Client confirms that they have read this agreement, understand the payment terms, and agree to the NDA and service conditions.
The Client can confirm acceptance by:
Checking the agreement box and signing this document, or
Replying “Yes” to this email, or
Sending a “Yes” confirmation by text message.
A “Yes” response will be considered acceptance of this agreement.
